Shanghai Bairun Flavorand Fragrance Co., Ltd. (Previous name: Shanghai Bairun Flavor and Fragrance Development Co., Ltd.) established in 2013, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Bairun Investment Holding Co., Ltd. Shanghai Bairun Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. founded in June 1997, is the first A-share listed company in China's flavor and fragrance industry. Our modern production facility is located in the Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao Industrial Development. We also invested an integrated site for sales and marketing, research and development in the Zhangjiang Creative Park. With the leading edge R&D center, independent administrative area and international standard production workshop, Bairun Flavor has become a leading professional enterprise in the flavor and fragrance industry in China.

Bairun Flavor values our people, over the years, we have gathered many senior flavorists, application engineers and analytical chemists, including many well-known experts with more than twenty years of experience.     Every drop of Bairun Flavor Essence embodies the wisdom and inspiration of our flavorists, as well as the essence of nature itself. Our experienced application engineers utilize advanced experimental equipment to fully simulate the production, accurately grasp the product characteristics in terms of stability, solubility, aroma release performance, so as to provide clients with "tailor-made" products to meet the trends favored by end-consumers.

  • Quality Assurance

    Quality is the cornerstone of our company. By adhering to our consistent business philosophy, We have established a rigorous quality assurance system, supported by an independent, efficient and professional quality assurance team.

    We are equipped with international advanced testing instruments and equipment, such as ICP-MS(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometer), Automatic Refractive  densitometer, GC(Gas Chromatography), GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) ,etc.

    Strictly in accordance with ISO9001 and FSSC22000 international quality management standards, we implement full-process monitoring over the production process. 

    Our quality assurance system has established strict operation procedures and responsibilities at every process of production from raw materials to finished products, ensuring our products continuously maintain high-quality standards.

  • Sensory Evaluation

    Bairun Flavor is one of the first domestic flavor companies to fully apply sensory evaluation technology to flavor creation, flavor blending, quality control and application work, which providing a technical foundation for the effective and systematic research and development, analysis, evaluation, and testing of flavors.

  • Production & Logistics

    By integrating an ERP management system, our company incorporates international advanced management concepts into our production and logistics operations. Every new employee must undergo training in ISO9001, HACCP basic knowledge, safety, and product knowledge before taking up their posts, and all employees are allowed to work independently only after passing the assessment.

    Bairun Flavor is equipped with advanced production facilities, sufficient raw material reserves and efficient logistics system to ensure the quality and speed of our product delivery.

Taste Modification Technology

This technology particularly in successfully mask bitterness, especially for juice, frozen food, dairy products, jelly, soft candy . It helps to mask the unavoidable bitterness that comes from certain product compositions, effectively improving consumer perception of bitterness and significantly enhancing the product's flavor and value. This technology was recognized as Shanghai High-tech Achievement Transformation Project Grade A.

Walnut Flavor

Developed from the volatile substances of fresh walnuts, this flavor makes up for the aroma loss of walnuts during processing and brings natural aroma and taste. The project has reached the international advanced level in general through scientific and technological investigation and innovation. In view of its novelty and advancement, Walnut Flavor was recognized as Grade A of Shanghai High-tech Achievement Transformation Project in 2016.

Grape Flavor

The company's patented product developers have conducted systematic and in-depth research on specific varieties of grape flavor compounds and their combinations, as well as aroma backfill technology, so as to strengthen the pulpiness, freshness and richness of juice products through this flavor. This project, after Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval, has reached the international advanced level with its comprehensive technology leading the domestic market, and the results have high market application value.
